Roles & Responsibility:
- To assist immendiate supervisor in day-to-day office matters.
- To organize and maintain filing systems on both electronic and physical means.
- To perform bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, preparing invoices and quotations.
- To perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying or scanning of documents.
- Participate in meetings, assist with scheduling and implementation of new procedures as needed.
- To be able to perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by immendiate supervisor or the management.
Requirements:
- Is computer literate.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office products such as Words, Excel etc.
- Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong mindset to learn and grow along with the company.
- Strong sense of integrity, and responsibility with a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-pace enviroment.
