Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between sales consultants, and clients, efficiently managing process from start to finish.
- Provide comprehensive support for new business sales and after-sales policy services for sales consultants.
- Achieve and maintain service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer requests promptly and consistently, ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal security, and audit requirements.
- Participate in relevant training sessions and briefings.
- Address and follow up on daily customer service requests and issues, including walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- Handle complex or time-consuming servicing of accounts.
- Refer or assist sales consultants with customer queries related to financial services products.
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the policies, business processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry will be advantage.
- Highly meticulous with strong communication and numeric skills.
