Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage VIP communication and engagement, providing the white-glove experience for a personalised experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delegates, providing information about the event and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Support on-site event logistics for organization's events, including registration, delegate assistance, seating arrangements and information desk management to create a welcoming environment.
- Work closely with organization's event team, internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of community engagement activities and overall event success.
- Support the organization's event team with any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the team
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement/ events management experience
- Knowledge/Passion in Technology or Digital Media related will be a bonus
