Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Management, or English.
2. At least 5 years of teaching and management experience in primary/secondary schools, with experience in tutoring institutions preferred.
3. Familiarity with local Singapore and international curriculum standards is preferred.
4. Excellent teaching, management, and operational management abilities.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
6. Innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
7. Outstanding proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
