Job Purpose
- Provide technical support and knowledge to the team in driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance in product engineering
- Support and resolve fab issues relating to new/mass production yield analysis and improvement, product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning
- Co-work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc to solve product technical issues
- Drive team to achieve product yield target goal setting and forecast
- Participate in new process development and production ramp
- Product yield improvement and related customer request support
- Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis
- Key technical role in cases of daily and esp. major quality events in terms of risk assessment and proposed SOTE to customer if needed
- To lead and coach a team of engineers and AEs to meet both Fab and customers' expectations and goals set
Job Requirement
- Masters or Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
- A minmum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in product engineering related scope
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfortable liaising with Mandarin Speaking Counterparts from Taiwan
- Strong leadership capability and able to drive cross-teams to deliver common goals
- Independent, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic result driven environment
- Possess strong analytical and planning skills
