Senior Executive, Property Management - N.Tan
Our Client is a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Property Management.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the handover process of premises between tenants or purchasers.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company properties.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Ensure the properties are well-maintained with a focus on security and cleanliness.
- Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and tenants.
- Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team, fulfilling roles such as SIC, ERT, and First Aider.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, Building Management, Real Estate, or Estate Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are preferred.
- WSQ training in SIC and ERT is advantageous.
- A proactive team player with strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a resourceful and systematic approach.
