BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager in the interior design industry, your core responsibilities encompass identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive company growth. You will develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market reach and enhance revenue. Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners is crucial for fostering long-term collaboration. Conducting thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities is essential. You will prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new projects and clients. Collaboration with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns is a key function. Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to identify improvement areas and optimize strategies will be required. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design industry to drive company growth.

2. Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market reach and increase revenue.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to foster long-term collaboration.

4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new projects and clients.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

7. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.

8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.

  • Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3800

This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
