- Ensure smooth day to day warehousing and distribution i)operations Receiving, Storing, Stock Replenishment
ii)Picking and Packing, Labelling, Dispatching of orders - Ensure that all products are labelled with magnet labels on the rack (avoid error picking and ease operations) and product categories labelled per zone
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly productive and engaged warehouse team to assure timely and cost-effective service levels
- Implement Inventory procedure to guarantee an accurate Stock Situation: conduct accurate record keeping and regular cycle counts. Monitor expiry dates of products, damaged and obsolete products. Produce management reports related to stock levels by SKUs and batch
- Optimizing warehouse space. Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe-working environment
- Consistent maintenance of warehouse according to requirements of ISO quality system and direct continuous process improvements
- Participate in various internal and external audit
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Ensure products are stored in good temperature conditions.
- Implement KPIs to monitor performance and cost efficiency in warehousing and distribution
- Manage, Modify and update SOP, to be operating from a formalized and coordinated process not only increase productivity but reduces the risk of errors
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

- PC Literacy Skills – Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge.
