- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Overseeing social media marketing strategies and content marketing
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Experience in marketing and running a marketing team
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Strong ability to work independently and focus on achieving high performance
- Ability to handle pressure and effectively resolve complaints and issues
- Willingness to work overtime on weekends or PH when necessary
