Job Responsibilities:
- Advise the HR Business Partners and business leaders on rewards practices, programs and policies.
- Review and implement compensation & benefits strategies.
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process.
- Support the team in performance management and manpower cost budgeting.
Job Requirement
- A relevant Degree with at least 5 years of experience as a Rewards specialist.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Able to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner.
