OPERATIONS MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:


The Operations Manager develops and implements strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity in interior design projects. They oversee daily operations, ensuring all projects adhere to client specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints. This role involves coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation. The Operations Manager monitors project progress, addressing potential delays or issues to ensure timely completion. They manage procurement and logistics of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Regular performance reviews and training sessions are conducted to elevate team skills and maintain high standards. Additionally, the Operations Manager implements safety protocols and ensures compliance with industry regulations. They prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, project status, and areas for improvement, thereby providing critical insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in interior design projects.

Duration of the Traineeship/Attachment offered- 6 months

  • Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3200

This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
