- Responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, HRIS management, and office administration. This role will bridge the gap between administrative support and human resource management, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local labour laws.
- Maintain personnel records, update employee databases, schedule meetings, and write correspondence.
- File workers’ leaves and process payroll and benefits.
- Perform all the clerical tasks necessary for a company to conform to labour laws.
- Handle NS claims, government claims, tax submissions, and other payroll-related matters.
- Support the annual bonus and salary review processes, including budget planning and analysis.
- Expatriate staff management
- Support other HR and office management/ administration tasks as required.
- Participate in and support ad-hoc HR projects and assignments, such as career ladders, competency frameworks, and employee surveys.
- Administer employee benefits including annual leaves, medical leaves, insurance, and other welfare programs.
- Strong knowledge of human resources processes, best practices, and local labor laws.
