Responsibilities
• Responsible for designing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for conducting Requirements Analysis to ensure that all business requirements are captured and translated into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experiences
• Have expert proficiency in Business Process Design and master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Having proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management Solution, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) will be advantageous.
