Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish standards for inspecting and testing all procedures, while supervising testing methods to maintain high quality across all processes.
- Oversee the planning of Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and 150% Brake Tests.
- Manage daily and manpower scheduling and deployment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the inspection schedule and ensure follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain equipment to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise.
- Guarantee that inspections are carried out according to the established schedule.
- Support employees by ensuring they are knowledgeable about quality standards and adhere to all quality manuals and procedures.
Requirement
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the similar industry
- Able to work in team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
