Manager (Quality Assurance)

Job Description & Requirements

1. To assist the Director, Quality Assurance to ensure all operation activities and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
2. To contribute effectively to the development and implementation of Organization’s policies (Policy Manual) and process procedures (Operations Manual).
3. To be responsible for the management of the controlled documents.
4. To conduct strategic and tactical analysis of data related to processes pertaining to SSG’s EduTrust requirements and WSQ framework.
5. To conduct audits (planned and adhoc) in ensuring the organization’s processes are conducted as per documented operating procedures.
6. To prepare quality document and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
7. To conduct EduTrust related training to stakeholders and new employees.
8. To conduct vetting of marketing materials submitted by Sales & Marketing in ensuring it comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
9. To plan and conduct annual Strategic Planning and Management Review exercises.
10. To prepare annual Strategic Plan comprising work plans, key performance indicators and targets at Corporate Level, Department Level and Individual Level.
11. To be responsible for the preparation of submission documents and the readiness of the process records pertaining to EduTrust and ERF Renewal exercises.
12. To actively implement projects assigned to Quality Assurance by Management.
13. To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
