Job Title: Internal Operations, Accounting, and Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Operations:
- Manage daily internal operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across departments.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional team activities.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Accounting:
- Handle basic accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Prepare financial reports, assist in budgeting, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support in tax preparation and liaise with external accountants as needed.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, c-suite.
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within web3/ Fintech industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely and potential future on-site availability.
