- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
- Salary up to $4500 - 5500
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the grant processing team's operations.
- Assist the Director in achieving operational KPIs and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Review business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Experience in handling public sector grants and claims processing is advantageous.
- Excellent team leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, business acumen, and integrity in stakeholder relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
