Team Leader Job Scope
1. Manage the cleaning teams and oversee cleaning operations to ensure smooth cleaning operations daily.
2. Manage cleaning schedule with the cleaning team and inspect work done by cleaners to maintain cleaning standards.
3. Implementing work plans
4. Checking cleaning equipment condition
5. Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly.
6. Reporting any matters/feedback to the condo management when necessary.
7. Able to multi-task and cover manpower if needed (required to do hands-on cleaning work).
Requirements
1. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
3. Prior experience in condo facility cleaning will be an added advantage.
4. Able to speak basic Mandarin Chinese & English and communicate with the elderly cleaners
5. MUST HAVE A Good personality and Good working attitude.
6. Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
