Main scope of work:
1. Edit AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings from manufacturers
2. Review tender / enquiry specification to liaise with manufacturers to list compliance or deviation.
3. Prepare technical specification/ data sheet/ drawings with support from manufacturers for marketing purpose.
4. Support on website/ brochure with technical information on products.
5. Products knowledge / application to understand and attend to site if there is any complaint/issue.
6. Support sales on technical submission, provide support to the sales team during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and assist in resolving technical issues on-site as required.
7. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or diploma qualification in Mechanical.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software.
- Strong technical background with the ability to create technical drawings and documentation.
- Proven experience or educational background in mechanical engineering or a related field, minimum with 3 years working experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, a determined high achiever and result driven.
