- We are looking for an experienced GL Accountant
- Mon to Fri: Office Hours
- Salary: Up $5000

The Talent:
- 3-5 years of work experience in accounting and finance related experience.
- Background in working with an accounting firm is a plus
- Skill and ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing
- Strong organization skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and able to meet goals and deadlines
- Detail oriented and must work effectively and efficiently under time pressure
- Familiar with SAP environment will be advantage
- Have a basic knowledge of group consolidation and cross border transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Job Description
- Support the monthly and annual close processes and ensure timely close of accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations and monthly schedules for group reporting
- Reviewing financial documents (e.g. management accounts/TB, etc) for completeness and accuracy
- Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards
- Generating group consolidated financial reports using the consolidation software and maintenance of consolidation files
- Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
- Supporting the auditors, tax team, FP&A team and other financial professionals in their duties as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
