The Sourcing Support is responsible for overseeing and managing the software activities.
Description:
- Have the ability to review and support all technology sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ requests, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, conduct market research, contract renewals etc.)
- Provide timely advice to internal stakeholders on the procurement activities relating to sourcing and contractual matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
- Have knowledge on procurement governance and risk matters (Identify and mitigate risks within the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and compliance risks etc.)
Requirements:
- At least 2years experience in procurement supply chain
- Good communication skill with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements and technology products and related technology terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deadlines
- Contract role: 1year/extendable based on performance
