Job Responsibilities:
1. Creative Video Planning: Lead the overall creative planning of video projects, develop video scripts based on client requirements, and design video structure and style to ensure that content is both innovative and aligned with brand positioning.
2. Video Production Supervision: Oversee the entire video shooting process, guide the production team, and ensure that video footage meets the script and creative requirements.
3. Video Editing and Post-Production: Handle video editing, special effects processing, voice-over, and music selection in post-production, ensuring high-quality and impactful visuals.
4. Project Management: Manage project timelines and schedules, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of video projects.
5. New Media Content Operations: Develop and execute video content release strategies tailored to the characteristics of new media platforms, enhancing content reach and audience engagement.
6. Client Communication and Feedback: Directly communicate with clients to understand and implement their needs, collect and analyse feedback, and continuously optimise video content.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Video Production, Film Directing, Communication, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: Fresh graduates with strong backgrounds are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of related experience, with familiarity in the entire process from creative planning to post-production, and the ability to independently complete video projects will be a bonus.
3. Professional Skills:
◦ Proficient in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and post-production effects software (such as After Effects).
◦ Strong scriptwriting and visual presentation skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
◦ Knowledgeable in new media operations and content distribution, with the ability to tailor video content to the characteristics of different platforms.
4. Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking skills, capable of proposing unique video creation plans and continuously optimizing them in practice.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent teamwork spirit, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to drive project success.
