Qualifications
● Diploma in Accounting/Banking/Finance
Responsibilities
● Communicate with internal team to gather finance data on daily/weekly basis.
● Enter the collected data into system and extract invoices and supporting documents for internal audit
● Actively coordinate and rectify within team if data provided is incorrect
● Support ad-hoc finance data entry tasks (if any)
● Assist duties assigned by the FM
Requirements
● Proficient Excel (advanced) & Pivot Table
● Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply
● Diligently and good time management
● Attention to details and Meticulous with numbers
● Ability to work independently
