Responsibility:
- Ability to develop new business, manage existing clients and write proposals
- Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- To continue to build relationship with the client base acquired by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business , Real Estate or related with min 2 years experience
- A strong positive service mindset, sales-driven and a self-starter.
- Proven track record in a sales and service-related industry is preferred.
- Good communication and people skills
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
