Responsibilities
- Liaise with the client, site manager, project manager and site engineers
- prepare and carry out budgetary control
- price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project,
- select or source construction materials
- able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take off and cost evaluation
- responsible for progress claim, VO and finalisation of accounts and sub-con progress claim
- Experience in tender preparation/ measurement
- Good organization and communication skills
- Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking client
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad/BIM
