- Drives trade business through collaboration with business segments to acquire new to bank trade customers and also drive trade utilization;
- Provides advisory to new and existing customers on all trade finance matters;
- Work with respective segments to wallet size and cross sell to trade customers e.g. FX, CASA etc;
- Works with BDM/RM to develop mid and long term strategies to grow trade outstanding from existing to bank customers;
- Encourage utilization for newly on-boarded trade customers.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree
- Minimum 2 years of acquisition / client relationship experience in the SME Banking Industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and meticulous in work with an eye for details
- Results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team player
- Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance
