Inventory Executive (Manufacturing, Warehouse, West, 5 Days, Up to $2900)
The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to manage the company’s inventory system, and committed to maintain data accuracy and integrity of the system.
The Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s inventory system.
- Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes.
- Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy in the system.
- Review inventory documentation, records and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies if any.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters.
- Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or related field.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Possess relevant experience in inventory control.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
