Specific Responsibilities :
- Assist to handle / monitor full set of accounts (GL / FA / AR / AP)
- Support preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and report to HQ.
- Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing & maintain BS Schedule.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet & bank reconciliations and analysis.
- Assist preparation for monthly/quarterly GST/VAT/WHT reporting, reconciliation report and tax computation.
- Monitor and check cashflow.
- Assist internal /external auditors’ requests and queries during annual audit.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Other administrative tasks (Government Survey etc).
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalents
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong in Excel
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
