JOBSCOPE
- Conceptualize, align and drive sales strategies across the company’s business units
- Build and create strong and long lasting relationship with C-Level Executives in the shipping & offshore industry
- Responsible for all commercial activities for the organization in Singapore and across the region
- Responsible for the overall management of strategic business development, marketing and customer relationship activities
- Active participation in networking events to establish connections with potential clients
- Constantly seeking to understand customer needs and the provision of tailored solutions
- Gather market information and provide foresight to understand the maritime market development in relation to business relevance
- Develop region specific sales and marketing strategies and implement action plans to establish customer retention develop new clients and revenue growth
- Cross-collaboration with other business areas on bidding and delivery of multi-disciplinary maritime projects
- Observe and contribute to tenders in the Shipping & Offshore industry to capture new business
- Growing the company’s influence and market share
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in the maritime industry
- Extensive network and good reputation in the maritime industry
- Possess robust and influential negotiation abilities
- Candidates with Marine Consultancy background will have added advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
