- Location: Stadium
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am to 6pm
- Salary: $3500 - $5000
Job Duties:
- To assist with work coordination and to perform follow-ups on the job status with the relevant team members/clients in order to meet the stipulated timelines/deadlines.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- To support the clients’ inquiries on accounting-related matters.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when require
Requirements:
- Accounting degree, CPA / ACCA or its equivalents
- Good working knowledge of IFRS
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience, prior accounting or audit firm experience will be an advantage.
- Well-versed in ERP System (WorkDay), MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have professional communication skills (verbal/written), which is important when communicating with all relevant parties.
