Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs, prepare and submit progress and variation claims
- Evaluate and assess payment claims from sub-contractors
- Review contract documents, prepare, negotiate, and finalize account
- Assist in preparing EOT (Extension of Time), acceleration and prolongation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Survey or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in curtain wall/aluminium will be an advantageous
- Able to work independently
