The Company
The client is a well-established and highly regarded logistics leader, committed to delivering exceptional, high-value services to its clients. They are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join their Singapore office.
The Position
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will supervise an AR Executive and manage daily AR operations. This role involves conducting monthly reviews of AR accounts in collaboration with other departments, overseeing Balance Sheet reviews, and actively engaging with stakeholders to resolve outstanding receivables. The AR Accountant will work closely with other finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Additionally, the role includes performing ad-hoc duties and projects as needed.
The Person
To thrive in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience, along with an Accountancy Degree or a recognized CA/ACCA qualification. A strong background in Accounts Receivable is essential. The ideal candidate will also exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
