Job Description
- Use SAP to perform purchasing administration
- Responsible for operations’ inquiries and quotations
- Liaise with operations and suppliers on delivery arrangements
- Liaise with finance department on payment arrangement
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in advanced excel and Experience in SAP Hana
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management
