Account Manager (Security / Electronic)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with key clients in the region. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific region.
· Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
· Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
· Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business avenues.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
· Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Company
· Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
· Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels.
· Proactively address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role within the technology or security industry.
· Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region
