Job Description
· Greet and welcome the customers and guests to the retail shop
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
· Assist in promotional activities and events in-store.
· Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns of the customers.
· Engage with customers in retail store, providing detailed information about our jewellery products.
· Attend to enquiries from walk-in customers
· To drive sales and brand awareness through constant communication with consumers.
· Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
· Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
· Provide great after-sales service to the customers
· Engage customers in a positive manner during the sales
· Proactively solicit feedback or needs from customers and offer resolution
· Establish and maintain strong relationship to create opportunities with customers
Requirements:**
· Passionate about customers & our products
· Prior experience in retail or customer service
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
· A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
