Job Description:


We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Manager to become a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you will take charge of diverse financial tasks on a full-time basis, contributing to the financial success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments in accordance with internal SOPs. Payables include employee payroll & reimbursements, partner payouts and other business expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, and managing General Ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly financial reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Liaise with headquarters and other departments to provide feedback, consult on financial matters, and ensure alignment on financial processes and procedures.
  • Propose and implement improvements to financial procedures and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Undertake any other finance-related duties as assigned from time to time.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
  • Experience with internal and external audits is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and GST compliance.
  • Proficiency in tax computations and annual tax submissions.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to enforce and implement financial procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.


Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid
  • 5-day work week with 2 WFH days
