Description
- General maintenance and repair works such as painting, patching walls, plumbing facilities, aircon servicing, and electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations;
- Perform routine preventive maintenance programme;
- Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment;
- Conduct routine M&E rounds and rectify any defects,
- Carry out any assigned engineering projects;
- Perform safety & fire operation drill as and when required;
- Carry out any assignments as directed by the management
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical or M&E Engineering Electrical Installation & Servicing and / or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanics
- He / She should have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality or service industry
- Able to work multi skill and assist to preventive maintenance painting and plumbing
