We are looking for an experienced DeltaV automation engineer to join our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting DeltaV systems in a GMP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions using DeltaV for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Implement and test automation systems in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with DeltaV systems to ensure continuous operation
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems with manufacturing processes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in DeltaV automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing DeltaV systems in a pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Experience with batch automation and control system design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred qualifications:
- DeltaV certification
- Experience with other automation systems such as PLC, SCADA
- Knowledge of MES systems and data integration
- Familiarity with validation processes and documentation in a pharmaceutical setting
