Job Description
• Partner HOD, teachers, school counsellors, and other staff members to provide mentorship, counseling, and support to these students, helping them navigate challenges and develop positive behaviors.
• Facilitate group discussions, after-school workshops, or upstream activities aimed at addressing their unique individual needs.
• Monitor and track the progress of the students, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure their success.
