1. Familiarise with Cayman and MAS regulations in fund management and financial services, and any other jurisdiction as and when required
2. Familiar with multiple investment strategies and structure
3. Assist the Senior Business Manager in the following areas:
- Coordinate fund setup process with various corporate service providers, e.g. legal (CI and SG), fund admin, brokers, auditors, CI board services, banks, etc. working closely with Finance, Ops and Client Services and the respective Fund Managers
- Onboarding of external service providers and due diligence requirement received
- Coordinate with Finance Manager to analyse the fund cash flow and track initial setup expenses
- Draft and review agreements and documents with help from appointed legal advisers, and analyse corporate risks
- Respond to queries on Fund Management services
- Take minutes for some of meetings
- Improving procedures, marketing materials, agreements, contracts, etc.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
