A Day in the Life:
- Assist the project team in implementing events/projects on-site.
- Communicate with clients from event preparation to planning and execution.
- Manage clients' expectations regarding project, event, or exhibition.
- Service existing clients by understanding their requirements and providing cost control.
- Attend events to gain a good understanding of current trends.
- Request payment and invoices from clients and suppliers, respectively.
- Brief designers on specifications and requirements provided by clients.
- Brief suppliers on all event requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers on costs.
- Arrange storage of any items with clients.
- Ensure smooth on-site operations by checking supplier deliveries and builds to meet requirements and specifications.
- Develop cost reports for approval.
- Manage overall project costs to ensure healthy gross profit.
- Develop and submit project reports after event completion.
- Liaise with venue owners regarding any damages to the venue.
What We are Looking For:
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account servicing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project.
