Application Development:

Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Pega Software Application Development, guiding and mentoring the team to perform at their best.

Code Quality:

Technical Issue Resolution:

Primary Skill:
Proficiency in Pegasystems Platform with a strong understanding of its application in business process automation.
Technical Proficiency:
Intermediate proficiency in Pega Software Application Development, including Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management.
Team Leadership:
Ability to manage and collaborate with a team, making informed decisions and guiding team performance.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Industry Knowledge:
