Job Description:
- Escalate feedback to OM where necessary
- Attending to tenants enquired through emails when required.
- Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary.
- Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time
- Obtain quotation for minor repairs
- Manage vendors and contractors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years relevant working experience
