A Day in the Life:
- Correspond with international exhibitors via email or tele-conversations.
- Collate exhibitors' orders.
- Process payments and collections.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating pre-site and event site matters.
- Assist the project team with administrative duties.
- Liaise with exhibitors regarding booth requirements.
- Brief orders to suppliers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma holder in Tourism / Events Management or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project.
