Description:
- Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations;
- Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;
- Manage a team of consultants to ensure the design submission adhere to contract requirements;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
- Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget;
- Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Oversee the management of document control and distribution of drawings, specifications and all other technical documents;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
- Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures;
- Report to Management as needed;
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Building or its equivalent;
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in managing building projects;
- Experience in MOH Building project will be highly valuable;
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Microsoft Project;
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
