- Manage overall warehouse operations, including including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Interface with customers and internal departments to plan workflow, react to changes, drive improvement programs, and resolve issues.
- Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Inspect equipment, plan and implement new layouts and maintenance of warehouse.
- Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety aspects.
- Manage material handling, customer service/record-keeping.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations and resolve them in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Inventory management WMS system.
