Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities

1. Asset Allocation

• Develop and implement the company’s asset allocation strategies to ensure optimal investment returns.
• Oversee the diversification of the investment portfolio to maximize risk management and returns.

2. Team Building

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performance management team to achieve company goals.
• Establish incentive mechanisms to promote teamwork and individual career development.

3. Financial Management

• Supervise the company’s financial planning and budgeting to ensure effective use of financial resources.
• Analyze financial data and implement improvement measures to ensure the company’s financial health and steady growth.

4. Resource Coordination

• Lead cross-department cooperation with the company to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact with MAS in relation to license requirements and AML/CFT matters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external lawyers, and relevant regulators on licensing matters.
• Conduct research on virtual asset business requirements in various jurisdictions and liaise with external professionals when necessary.
• Monitor for regulatory updates and ensure effective implementation of the revised regulatory requirement including conducting gap analysis.

5. Client Relationship Development and Maintenance

• Formulate and implement client relationship management strategies to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the company’s business.

6. Funds Security

• Ensure the security and liquidity management of the company’s funds to prevent financial risks.
• Oversee the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of management experience in the financial industry, including 5 years in senior management roles.
3. Experience in cryptocurrency industry, asset management firm and private banking is preferred.
4. In-depth understanding a practical experience in asset management, risk control, and market trends.
5. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills and team-building capabilities.
7. Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
8. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
