Accounts Assistant

Absolute Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounts Receivable (AP)

· Supplier invoices / CN / DN data entry

· Process Payment

· Petty cash reimbursement

· Reconciliation of supplier statement

· Bank reconciliation

· Assist in General Ledger (GL) including supporting reports

· Ensure that all document is properly filed

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma / Accounting Certificate

· Min 2 years of working experience

· Proficient in MS Office Application

· Meticulous with details and numbers

· Positive attitude, well organized, responsible, independent and a team player

· Able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks

· Entry level with no experience are welcome to apply

· Salary will be commensurate with experience
