Job Description
1. To ensure proper accounting records are kept in compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and financial policies.
2. Develop internal control policies and procedures that are consistent with the Group's management requirements and continually look for opportunities to improve them.
3. To provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting,
4. Cash flow projection, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
5. To monitor the daily operations of all accounting functions including receivables, payables, etc.
6. To manage various tax issues, tax planning and foreign exchange control matters.
7. To develop, operate and ensure efficient and effective financial systems including internal control, budget control, financial policies, standard operating procedures, etc.
8. To Manage a variety of financial matters related to the operations of the company, including cost reviews, payments. Work closely and liaise with various government authorities and other parties such as auditors, etc.
9. To perform treasury management and monitor financial positions.
10. Perform related work as assigned by CFO.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related majors
2. More than 8 years of accounting experience including 5+ years of manufacturing costing experience.
3. Familiar with relative local laws and tax regulations of Singapore
4. Familiar with IFRS and Singapore GAAP
5. Exposure to China accounting principles preferred
6. Proficiently use Microsoft office and familiar with SAP
7. CPA or equivalent certifications preferred
8. Strong communications and coordination skills
9. Fluent English and Chinese
10. Occasionally business travels to China
