Project Assistant

Promor Pte. Ltd.

  • Performed routine administrative duties (i.e. photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, Filing, E-mailing, answering phone calls)
  • Maintain departmental project correspondence
  • Provide administration and secretarial support to project team and management
  • Assist Project Manager and Engineers (printing of required drawings/documents from clients/vendors/etc.)
  • Work hand in hand with Document Control and Project Cost Control/Planner
  • Prepare project weekly/monthly reports
  • Arrange hotel, flight, etc. for project team member and client.
  • Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the project team
  • Manage calendar and coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Others ad-hoc duties as and when required by Supervisors
